This item consists of THREE distinct pieces, which are being sold as one item. We feel that these three pages should be displayed together, and would make an excellent framed piece for a physician, medical student, or doctors office.
Excellent engraving from 1819 London Medical Dictionary by Bartholomew Parr, M.D. - Fellow of the Royal Societies of London and Ediburgh, and Senior Physician of the Devon and Exeter Hospital
The first page shows the pelvis from both the front and rear angle detailing the ligaments. The second page has has labeled images, and the third page is the text index defining each label from the two image pages
If properly framed, these pieces could make a dramatic addition to any medical practitioner's office or study.
Dimensions of the 3 pages - 8.5" x 10.75".
Some minor foxing and toning, actually quite minor for a 185 year old reference. One edge of each page shows where they were originally stitched in the volume.
